  • Shipping Transit Time: Once your order leaves our warehouse, the following transit times apply. Please note these are estimates and not guarantees, as delays in carrier services can occasionally occur.

Free Standard Shipping

We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Ground Shipping on all orders over $75 within the continental United States. The discount is automatically applied at checkout when your cart subtotal meets the threshold.

International Shipping

We currently ship to a limited number of international destinations. Additional charges including international shipping, customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the recipient . Order Tracking & Communication

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email within a few hours of placing your order. If you do not see it, please check your spam or junk folder.

  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.

  • For the most accurate, real-time location of your package, please use the tracking link provided by the carrier .

Shipping Address & P.O. Boxes

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer.

  • Some shipping methods can deliver to P.O. Boxes (typically via USPS), while others cannot. Please select an appropriate shipping option if you are using a P.O. Box.

Delivery Issues & Claims

  • Failed Delivery Attempts: Most carriers will make multiple delivery attempts . If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will usually leave a notice with instructions for pickup or redelivery.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: In the rare event that your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members or neighbors. If the package is truly missing, contact us at lilyvelez01@outlook.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date, and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

  • Damaged Shipment: If your package arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery if possible. If you have already accepted it, contact us immediately at lilyvelez01@outlook.com with photos of the damaged package and product, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Returns & Exchanges

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you return an item for a refund, the original shipping fee will not be returned. For returns due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. For more information, please see our Return Policy.
